Software development Where off-the-shelf software stops at the interface, we start.
Specialist applications, portals and interfaces for mid-sized companies in any industry. We also provide support and maintenance and, if you wish, run the software for you.
- Based in Dortmund, Germany
- Dedicated project management
- Several years of development experience
- Own product in operation: Enerisor
When systems run side by side, your staff carry the load.
Three starting points we know from experience.
Standard software covers only part of the job
Spreadsheets, email and retyping handle the rest. Every handover costs time and introduces errors.
Your systems work in isolation
ERP, warehouse, accounting and service providers do not exchange data. Your staff do it by hand.
An application nobody wants to touch
An older system or an agency project with no documentation, no operations and no support.
This is where we start.

What we develop for you
New applications, connections between existing systems and care for the software you already have.
Business applications & portals
Software that follows your process, from internal tools to customer portals.
Interfaces & integration
SAP and other ERP systems, industry standards, connections to service providers. Data reaches the systems that need it.
Support & maintenance
We fix bugs, apply updates and security patches, and adapt the software to new requirements, even if we did not build it ourselves.
Analysis & reporting
Your data becomes a basis for decisions: analyses, forecasts, search and reports.
Modernisation
We analyse existing software, safeguard it and develop it further step by step.
Architecture, code review & training
We review your architecture and code, support your team and train users and developers.
If you wish, we also run the software for you. See Cloud & hosting
Our own product

- Automatic monitoring of funding application deadlines
- Separate but linked message threads for consultant, client and specialist
- Consent chain for involving external specialists
- 13 project types with automatically generated checklists

How a project works
Four steps, and after each one you know exactly what you have in hand.
1. Initial consultation
A free conversation of about 30 minutes: where are the bottlenecks, and what do you want to achieve?
Result
A shared picture of the task and a first assessment
2. Concept
We define the requirements and sketch interfaces and architecture.
Result
Requirements, architecture sketch and effort estimate
3. Implementation
Development runs in iterations, with working versions shown at regular intervals.
Result
Working versions you can try out early
4. Operations & maintenance
Go-live, handover and training. After that we support and maintain the software and, if you wish, run it as well.
Result
Documentation, trained users and maintained software

Any industry
We get to know your industry.
Every company needs interfaces, portals, reporting and maintenance. What makes the difference are your processes and terminology. We work them out with you in the concept phase.
- Familiarisation with your processes and terminology
- Integration with the systems you already use
- Support and maintenance after go-live
Logistics & voice
Warehouse, voice and quality assurance
We connect voice picking to warehouse management systems (WMS) and build SAP interfaces for mobile data capture. This specialisation for warehouse and inspection processes has a page of its own.

We don't have a finished concept yet. Can we still get in touch?
Yes, that is what the initial consultation is for. You tell us where things get stuck in day-to-day work and what should change. We then work out the detailed requirements together in the concept phase.
Can you take over or further develop existing software?
Yes. We start with an inventory: what exists, what is documented, where are the risks? On that basis we decide with you whether to develop the software further or replace it step by step.
What happens in the concept phase?
We define requirements, interfaces and architecture and sketch the design. You receive the requirements, an architecture sketch and an effort estimate as a basis for your decision.
Do you only work for certain industries?
No. Our project examples come from logistics, industry, insurance and the public sector, but the tasks behind them exist everywhere. We familiarise ourselves with your processes and terminology at the start of the project.
Do you provide support and maintenance?
Yes. After go-live we fix bugs, apply updates and keep developing the software. This also applies to software we did not build. We agree the scope with you.
